Warning Signs of a
Bad Attitude

1. Sudden loss of feeling in face, arm, or leg.

1. Frowns too much. Grumpy. Not happy.

2. Sudden problem with eyes, blurry vision.

2. Sees the glass as "half empty."  Cannot see any way to get better.

3. Sudden problem with speech, slurred speedy can’t talk.

3. Gets into arguments. Yells at the pets. 

4. Sudden problem with walking or balance.

4. Will not move. Wants to sit in living room and watch TV all day.  Will not go out.

5. Sudden headache - very bad.

5.Not interested in anything. Frustrated and bored.

1. Check your blood pressure.

1. Spend time with friends and family.

2. Not smoking.

2. Set goals. 

3. Eating low-fat meals.

3. Do interests and hobbies.

4. Exercise.

4. Walk. Exercise.

5. Go easy on wine & beer.

5. Humor. Laugh.
